Changed your mind?
If you're in the UK/EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving Orin. Return him unused and in his original condition and we'll refund the purchase price.
How to return
Email guardians@mythictrails.co with your order details and we'll send return instructions. Please keep the plush and any cards in re-sellable condition.
Faulty or damaged
If Orin arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Refunds & digital access
Refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within a few working days of us receiving the return. If a Guardian Code has already been redeemed and the tracker activated, we may deduct the value of the digital access from a change-of-mind refund (this doesn't apply to faulty items).
