The short version

Mythic Trails accounts are for parents and guardians only. We collect the minimum we need to deliver your order and run Orin's tracker - we don't collect any data about children, and there's no chat, child location, or public profiles.

Who we are

Mythic Trails ("we", "us") is the data controller for this site. You can reach us at guardians@mythictrails.co.

What we collect

• Account: the parent/guardian's email address and an optional display name.
• Orders: your email and the details needed to fulfil and ship your order.
• Usage & analytics: with your consent, anonymous-ish usage data (e.g. pages viewed) to improve the site.

Children's privacy

This service is intended to be set up and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children - no child name, photo, location, or social features. The tracker is a magical storytelling experience for families, not a real tracking device.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and the site working. Analytics cookies (such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) only load if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, and help us understand and improve the site. You can change your mind any time by clearing the site's storage in your browser.

Who processes your data

We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database & accounts), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), and - only with your consent - Meta and Google (analytics). Each only handles data needed for its job.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can export or delete your account yourself from your account settings, or email us. Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention & contact
